For a recent Training Meeting hosted at our client`s headquarters, our AV specialists orchestrated a seamlessly integrated hybrid event experience, blending in-person and virtual elements with precision. Led by our meticulous Project Managers, who are renowned for their attention to detail, every moving piece was carefully coordinated to ensure flawless execution. Leveraging Vmix, Constellation, and our Hybrid Kit, we transformed the venue into a state-of-the-art broadcast studio, equipped with TVs, lighting, cameras, truss, and more.
Using their expertise, our Project Managers ensured that 12 live presenters seamlessly engaged with over 1000 attendees, both in-person and online, while the incorporation of three screens facilitated clear readability for all participants. This collaborative effort resulted in an immersive and impactful event experience, where every element worked together seamlessly to deliver maximum impact.

The event`s lighting design featured a dynamic scope of colors, each serving a specific purpose. A 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗲 greeted attendees upon arrival, setting an inviting tone with motion effects across the ceiling and drapery. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 with stage wash was cast to illuminate presenters onstage, ensuring clear visibility and focus during presentations.
Additionally, 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 provided a standard room look, complemented by stage wash effects that transitioned on and off as needed. These diverse lighting schemes not only enhanced the visual appeal but also contributed to the overall mood and atmosphere of the event.

Our team produced a stunning aesthetic for a live conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This two-day event featured a general session and alongside double breakout rooms, with more than 170 attendees actively engaged alongside 18 dynamic presenters. Far from ordinary, we seamlessly edited content and compiled a live edit in VMix. Speakers enjoyed the advantage of double screens with an ultra-short throw front projection, providing detailed visuals behind them and ensuring optimal video clarity complimented with a stage wash. We introduced LED color uplighting to enhance the event`s atmosphere.

Check out highlights from our recent 4-day event in San Diego! Multiple breakout rooms and a dynamic general session with a vibrant screen set the stage. We utilized an impressive 11x20 rear projection screen with a Panasonic 20k Laser projector, complemented by custom gray drapes to match the hotel`s ambiance. Our swift response provided a matching custom gray carpet for the stage, keeping the overall look cohesive. LED uplights and LED ellipsoidals illuminated the stage while dual 65" monitors ensured presenters had ample space for viewing notes. Soft seating and last-minute recording package were seamlessly accommodated, making every moment memorable!
